How does Bright Health's Rewards Program Work?
Each time you take a healthy action to improve your health and health plan knowledge, you earn a Bright Health Reward.
How? We give you different opportunities throughout the year – from choosing your primary care doctor, to fun quizzes, health surveys and more* – that you can complete to earn your rewards.
It's easy to get started.
Just log in to your Bright Health Member Hub and click on the “My Rewards” section. There, you’ll see rewards tasks and how to earn your rewards.
Get the whole family to join in! Just create a unique profile in our Member Hub for each family member, and you’re all set to earn.**

*For Terms and Conditions of the cash rewards program, please visit brighthealthplan.com/individual-and-family/resource/rewards. Members can earn a pre-determined amount per year. To redeem any reward including cash rewards, members must create a Member Hub account. Restrictions may apply.
**Multiple cards may be issued, depending on when rewards tasks are completed. All rewards earned by any member of the policy will be delivered via a card mailed to the policy holder. We may contact each member and/or the policyholder periodically to provide notice concerning the completion of rewards activities and any rewards card balances. Please remember to keep your card in a safe place until you have used it. Please allow 7-10 business days for cards to arrive after activities are completed.
