Bright Health Individual & Family health insurance plan members can participate in our Rewards program. We like to recognize members who are taking steps towards better health.
We reward our members for taking healthy actions that improve their health and increase their health plan knowledge. Each action is worth a Bright Health Rewards card. Members are presented with a variety of ways to earn cash rewards throughout the year.
Get started in your Bright Health Member Hub by navigating to the My Rewards section and seeing what opportunities are available to you. Examples of rewards tasks include choosing a primary care doctor, taking an annual health survey, and completing a “know your network” quiz.
For Terms and Conditions of the cash rewards program, please visit brighthealthplan.com/cash. Members can earn up to $30 per member per year. To redeem any reward including cash rewards, rides, and meals, members must create a Member Hub account. Restrictions may apply.
Simply create a unique profile in our Member Hub for each family member, and voila– everyone earns!
Multiple cards may be issued, depending on when rewards tasks are completed. All rewards earned by any member of the policy will be delivered via a card mailed to the policy holder. We may contact each member and/or the policyholder periodically to provide notice concerning the completion of rewards activities and any rewards card balances. Please remember to keep your card in a safe place until you have used it. Please allow 7-10 business days for cards to arrive after activities are completed.
