What if you want to change your Bright Health Plan for 2020? Or what if your current plan is no longer available in 2020?
Re-enrolling in a new plan is as simple as 1, 2, 3:
First, log-in to our Bright Health Member Hub here. This is where your renewal process starts!
Then, click the “Renew Now” link from the banner message in the Member Hub. This will bring you into the enrollment portal where you can browse plans.
Please, call us using the Member Services number on your ID card.
Creating one is easy. Grab your ID card and create your new account here.
We send letters in the fall that explain the status of your specific plan, but in case the information is not handy, or you have additional questions, contact our customer service team using the Member Services number on your ID card, or your health insurance agent or broker.
