Save Money by Understanding Your Healthcare Network.

You have enough to think about when you're sick. We want you to focus on getting better rather than spending too much time trying to find an in-network doctor.

At Bright Health, we've done the work for you by providing you with a network of healthcare providers we know and trust. We call them Care Partners, and that's Carondelet Health Network in Tucson, AZ. And choosing to stay in-network for all your care needs from a regular check up to an urgent care visit will keep your medical expenses down, while providing you with access to network of providers who prioritize your care.

Why is it important to stay in-network?

When you see an in-network provider, you keep your out-of-pocket costs down. Going out-of-network for care is generally not covered by your plan except in cases of emergency or if we authorize you to receive care out-of-network. Otherwise, if you go out of network, you will likely find that you have higher bills for your visit. By receiving care from Bright Health’s coordinated provider network, your providers will be able to get to know you and your health history, so you get the personalized care that you deserve.

Learn more from Mary about why it's best to stay in-network.

Mary visited her doctor and was diagnosed with a Urinary Tract Infection (UTI). For this, she was prescribed an antibiotic and encouraged to return if symptoms didn’t get better in a couple days. The visit was painless, affordable, and successful. Because Mary stayed within her Bright Health network and visited her regular doctor, or primary care provider (PCP), she saved thousands of dollars. See below the estimated costs for a similar visit at an in-network emergency room.

Get the right level of care.

Do you know when to see your doctor instead of a specialist? Or when to go to the urgent care vs the emergency room? The wrong decision could cost you hundreds of dollars. Your PCP should be your first line of support, except when a true medical emergency exists. Think of them as your quarterback. Your PCP can care for most illnesses or injuries that a convenience or urgent care clinic would treat. If your PCP is not available or you need care more urgently, you have other options:
